Action Research

Shodh acknowledges research as an indispensable component of all action programme. Research not only gives a vivid understanding of the exact dimensions of problems and issues, it also bridges the gaps in existing information-base, which goes a long way in policy formulation and programme design for specific target groups. Shodh has already carried out action research on issues of rural local self-governance, low cost housing for resettlement colony and domestic workers.
